My New Favorite Shit...

I have been searching for a new podcast to listen to since the Ricky Gervais ones finished. I tried a few, and was unimpressed. Then i discovered Juan Epstein. Coming to from HOT97 personalities Pete Rosenberg and DJ Cipha Sounds, this podcast is very funny for anyone into hip hop and DJ'ing. Now before I get to excited I am going to keep my fingers crossed they do not ruin this shoe with horrible colorways like they did the Air Stab and Air Structure 91. Nice, simple, clean and classic colorways please, leave the fluro to the fashionboys.

Tinker PE Air Yeezy's...

This shoe is becoming insane. Still with no release and hardly any news on the shoe, more and more sick colourways are seeing the light of day. Designed by Mark Smith for Kayne West, this pair was a gift to Tinker Hatfield and Mark designed a new set of symbols about Tinker's story on the strap, very similar to the Jordan XX.

Dilla...Ghost...Doom...

In late 2005 Ghostface Killa and MF DOOM were both recording over tracks from J Dilla's instrumental opus, Donuts, which saw release the following February. Some of these were released on Ghostface's Fishscale in 2006, while others, including a Dilla-Doom project, were postponed indefinitely after J Dilla's passing. Two of these tracks, “Sniperlite” and “Murder Goons,” will be released digitally, exclusively through Stones Throw's webstore, due to launch in late June.

Omarion has signed with Timbaland's Mosely Music Group. "I'm really excited about this project. Timbaland is like family to me, so it's always great to work with family and I think this is going to be my best album yet. I'm happy to call Mosley Music Group my new home." So for all those that were down with "Ice Box" this should be an album to look forward to.

...Mutha Fuckin Future!!! With the release of the Nike Hyperdunk just around the corner, this image has popped up on the net, pretty much making anyone slightly interested in this shoe lose their minds. The Hyperdunk takes it's inspiration from the Marty McFly Back To The Future II shoe, and this looks to be a teaser of the Hyperdunk colourway of that same shoe. This is one everyone will be chasing.

Today it was announced that the next gen iPhone would hit shelves July 11 at a very cheap price point and would also support 3g networks. Now to just stock up on accessories before the release.

My Drive Through...

Converse have pulled together some artists for their Century Celebration and recorded a song called "My Drive Through." Those artists are Pharrell of N.E.R.D., Santogold and The Strokes’ lead singer Julian Casablancas. The song will be available to download from Converse's Website. The track is a bit different, you can definately hear the N.E.R.D influence on production, with Santogld and Julian Casablancas handling most of the vocals. Enjoy.

Nibiru...

Recently in 2008, Japanese Astronomers at Kobe University lead by Dr. Mukai have plotted a planet with a diameter at least the size of earth should exist in our solar system on a highly elliptical orbit. This planet is normally referred to as Planet X, but sometimes also called Nibiru, which is referred to in ancient Sumerian tablets. They also talk of an alternate beginning to humans evolution. Holiday 08 Air Structure Triax 91's

Ok as predicted it looks like we are going to see a bunch of Structure Triax's this next year and the flood has already begun but unfortunately as was the fate of the Air Stab it all seems to be going downhill rapidly. I'm not going to lie, the second of the two above is pretty nice but we have already seen some questionable color and material choices as well as quality control issues with the Structure Traix range and if their retro predecessor the Air Stabs are anything to go by I fear that the best of the range has already come and gone.
