Time To Get My Motorbike Licence...

People have asked, why is there no Ferrari motorbike. Hopefully soon that question won't be asked anymore. This concept reminds me of the Akira bikes. So, so, sick. Check the rest of the pics here.

Reebok x Monopoly

Somebody really needs to wake Reebok up before they continue to ruin some of the most classic sneakers of all time. I am not sure there is a company who constantly puts out such horribly blocked shoes with poorly chosen and placed colors. What I would personally love to see from Reebok is a return to some classic simple colorways, everyone was feeling the Alife Pumps and the Miami Vice series, lets get back to the quality releases because if your rocking these shoes you need to go right to prison, no passing go, no collecting $200.

Meggs - Own Worst Enemy

The second solo exhibition for Melbourne local Meggs titled ‘Own Worst Enemy…’ opens on the 25th September at Dont Come Gallery in Melbourne. Sponsored by Stussy it features all new paintings and screen prints alongside some 3D installation elements. I am definately looking forward to this and will be making the trip down opening night.
808's and Heartbreak...

So looks like Yeezy's next album is going to be called "808'S and Heartbreak" and is set for release December 16th. I'm guessing with the two new songs he has performed recently he will be using love as a major theme. I'm guessing theme's of losing his mother and fiance might pop up. Any new Kanye is good Kanye.

Daykeeper...

The new Foreign Exchange album is almost here. Today the first song from the project was made available free for download on the Foreign Exchange website. The song is called "Daykeeper" and features Phonte singing the whole track with Muhsinah. Very cooled out track, and if this is the tone of the album it will definately be one of the most unique albums from a "hip-hop" group in some time. Can not wait for the release.
Get the track here.

Nike SB Dunk Low "Gold Rail" AKA "Melbourne"

"In Nike SB’s upcoming October releases, Australians/Melburnians are once again the focus of their very own regionally exclusive shoe as they look to a local landmark for inspiration. Based on the well-known meeting spot, the Flinders Street Station, many have chosen the train station’s clock as reference as well as a popular skate spot with its gold rail. The upper is comprised of canvas, suede and mesh with a distinct blue upper (based on the Port Philip Bay) and a brown midsole (based on the Yarra River). As mentioned these are slated for an October release, however much like Dunk Low Homers, these are limited to Melbourne only."
Congrats to our mysterious friend who came up with this design

Craola @ Joshua Liner Gallery
One of my favourite artists Greg "Craola" Simkins is having a new exhibition at the Joshua Liner Gallery. "In Simkins’ large, finely wrought paintings, fantastical characters with symbolic accessories are arranged in quasi-narrative still-life’s that spread opulently across the picture surface". The show opens Saturday the 6th and is a must see for anyone in the New York area and is only running till October 4th. Here are some more pics from the show, nobody can mess with this work.
